The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is the audited financial statements for the City's prior fiscal year. It is designed to fairly represent the financial position as well as changes in the financial position of the City.

Every year, the City releases the ACFR for the prior fiscal year ending June 30. The reports are reviewed by an outside accounting firm before being reviewed and accepted by the City Council.
