Community Partners  

The City of Tulare is just one participant among many in the community that make Tulare the most desirable place to live, work, worship and play.

The community partners in the City of Tulare are comprised of many participants. Each participant has its own unique competencies, expertise, responsibilities, and interests. 

The mutual goals of community partners include increasing local economic output, productivity, wealth, jobs, median income levels, and opportunities for creative initiatives to solve societal problems and meet consumer needs and wants. These economic goals are closely connected to the ability of all community residents to enjoy a satisfying quality of life and to the City’s ability to create a positive and enticing experience for visitors.

To assist in achieving the community goals, City staff networks with public/private entities to provide a wide and varied range of skills and assets to supplement those activities of the City.
