Do you love spending your extra time with animals? Apply to volunteer your time at the Tulare Animal Services Shelter. Volunteer applications are available in person or online through the Friends of Tulare Animal Services.  The shelter is like a large home for animals. Numerous daily chores must be completed to ensure the animals are living in a clean and healthy environment. This is made possible by the incredible volunteers who show up ready to work every day. Once approved, our volunteers are provided with guidance while working in the shelter and around the animals.

Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age.  Those who are under the age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent to be a volunteer.
