The Tulare City Council will spend the morning touring various projects around the city. At 8:00 a.m., the City Council will gather at the front of City Hall to begin the special meeting. The times and locations of the sites the City Council will visit are provided below.

3. 9:15 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Downtown Rehabilitation Project (147 South K Street, Tulare)
4. 10:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Live Oak Park (600 block of N. Laspina, Tulare)
5. 10:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. COS Career Technical Education Building (4999 E. Bardsley Avenue, Tulare)
6. 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Mission Oak 50 Meter Pool Project (3442 E. Bardsley Avenue, Tulare)
