We rent out 3 cubic yard bins, 10 cubic yard or 30 cubic yard roll off containers.

3 yard bins - The 3 cubic yard bin is approximately 3 ½ feet tall, 4 feet across and 5 foot long. A prepayment of  $62.39 is required. This price covers the delivery of the bin and one time of service for you in advance. You may only keep the bin up to 30 days. There is a minimum of two services required if you keep the bin for that length of time. Each additional service is $27.39. There is an additional $6.00 per service for bins placed on the driveway. You must call when you are finished with the bin to have it removed. If 30 days have passed, and we have not had any contact from the renting party, we will assign a work order to have the bin removed. Minimum services will be added to your billing if applicable. Heavy materials are not allowed in these containers. Please contact Solid Waste at (559)684-4325 if you have concrete, dirt, tile, sheet rock, or roofing materials to dispose of.

10 yard roll off - For heavy material, a 10 cubic yard roll off container is available. A $194.76 prepayment is required for all roll off rentals. There will be a pull charge of $194.76 per service plus landfill fees if applicable. There is no landfill fee if the load is clean concrete or clean dirt (no grass or sod). If loads are contaminated, landfill fees or contaminated load charges will apply. There is a $2.61 per day rental fee on all roll off rentals. There is also a minimum of one service per 30 days per roll off. Minimum services will be added to your billing if applicable.

30 and 40 yard roll offs - The 30 cubic yard roll off is approximately 7 feet tall, 7 feet wide and 21 feet long. The 40 cubic yard is approximately 8.5 feet tall, 7 feet wide and 21 feet long. They have doors on the back that open up. The 30 cubic yard roll off container is available for clean ups and construction and demolition materials. The 40 cubic yard roll off is available for construction and demolition debris. There is a pull charge of $194.76 per service plus landfill fees at $28.00 per ton added to your bill for general trash. Construction and Demotion loads are $39 per ton. A prepayment of $194.76 is required for these roll off rentals. There is also a $2.61 per day rental fee on all roll off rentals. There is a minimum of one service per 30 days per roll off. Minimum services will be added to your billing if applicable.

All prepayments for bins or roll offs are to be paid in advance at City Hall at 411 East Kern, Tulare, CA, before delivery can be made.
