Construction Permits

The Tulare Fire Department issues permits for all new fire protection systems located within commercial and multi-family developments. Contractors should complete the “Commercial Permit Application-Fillable” form by selecting the first form on this link: https://www.tulare.ca.gov/government/departments/community-development/building/building-department-forms
