The Streets Division of the Public Works Department maintains, modifies and repairs traffic signals for 44 traffic signal intersections to provide safe, reliable and efficient operation of the signals for vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians. There are an additional eight traffic signal locations maintained by the State, and one maintained by Tulare County within our urban area. Problems encountered with any traffic signal located within the vicinity of the City of Tulare can be reported to the contact listed below.
