Every year, numerous stop signs are stolen, vandalized, or knocked down and not reported. The associated maintenance costs to the City are high. However, the cost in terms of injuries and/or lives lost in a single traffic collision could be catastrophic. Please report any suspicious activity to the Tulare Police Department
