Please provide Certificate of Insurance as proof of insurance when submitting permit application.  List "City of Tulare" as additional insured.  Current fees are $18 for a single trip and $90 for an annual permit.

City of Tulare does not currently take credit card payments over the phone. Please make any payments by check to "City of Tulare".  If payment is made in person a credit card may be used with proper identification.
