Services update. 

Tulare Public Library will offer the following in-person services:

• Building open for public access
• Public computers, 2 hour limit
• Restrooms available
• In-Person programming
• Laptop Checkout
• Study Room Checkout (5 person maximum)
• Room rentals

We will continue to offer the following services:

• Donation drop-off every Saturday from 10am-2pm
• Fax, copy & scan services
• Passport services (by appointment only)
• Wireless printing
• Virtual programming

Services that remain unavailable:

• Test monitoring  
• Homework Help

The Genealogy / Local History Room is opened at limited capacity.

No appointment needed.  Please call the Genealogy Room during their open hours at 559-685-4518 or call the library at 559-685-4500 if you have any questions. 

Genealogy volunteers are also available to help with requests via email.  Please email info@tularepubliclibrary.org and library staff will connect you with a volunteer.
