Learn how to turn a page of newspaper into a hat and decorate it!  You can even make a small paper hat for a doll or stuffed animal!  All materials are free and provided. Recommended for ages 3-13, while supplies last!

Held in the Olympic Room of the Library. Adults are encouraged to remain with younger children while they attend this program.
