The Tulare Public Library Advisory Board advises the Library Director and the Tulare City Council on matters pertaining to the Tulare Public Library and the services it provides. Members are appointed by the Tulare City Council for 4-year Terms of Service.

Meetings are held the third Wednesday of the Month at 4:00 PM in the Library’s Charter Room.

Library Advisory Board Meeting

The Library Advisory Board will meet in person at the Tulare Public Library.  The meeting is open to the public.  

The City of Tulare is following new State and Cal-OSHA regulations effective June 17th, 2021. To ensure compliance, we appreciate your cooperation.  For the Tulare Public Library and other city buildings, please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated. If you are fully vaccinated, a mask is not required.
