Space is limited to 20 people 18 years or older. To sign up you must call or visit the Tulare Public Library during our regular business hours. Sign up begins August 3, 2024. All supplies are provided.
Notice: there are TWO available dates for this program, August 15th at 6pm, and August 17th at 3pm. You may sign up for one or the other, but not both.
